The Junior Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for Regency, the Investigation Division. Interact with claim departments statewide, as well as investigators, attorneys, external clients and various governmental entities.

 

This is a hybrid position located in California.


How you'll make an impact

  • Scan various documents to the electronic folders.
  • Download and save all digital recorded statements, as well as video surveillance obtained to the electronic folders.
  • Process requests for surveillance videos and distribute surveillance video to examiners, attorneys and/or physicians, as needed.
  • Edit and prepare investigation reports for distribution to designated readers for approval.
  • Assist the VP with Marketing material and packets.
  • Complete required forms to CA DMV for all Automated Name Index (ANI Request) and CA Driver’s History.
  • Complete required forms and submit to Logan for outside of state Driver’s History.
  • Run TLO TransUnion reports for all Surveillance, Social Media and Medical Canvass investigations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year transferrable work experience within an office environment. Ability to pass any required licensing exams within three attempts. Excellent written, verbal and mathematic skills. Working knowledge of current PC software such as Word and Excel. Familiar with medical terminology.

Preferred: Licensed for all states in which claims are being handled. One year relevant Worker's Compensation experience.

Behaviors: Ability to operate in a team environment with the expectation of enhancing and contributing to the offices overall effectiveness and success. Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of branch personnel, as well as, clients, vendors and all other office visitors.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
