Description

PURPOSE:

To provide the care and supervision of babies and toddlers in our KidsClub Area. In addition to provide the supervision of our members ages 8 weeks -12 years old while ensuring their safety and fun while they enjoy the many features in our KidsClub area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets and checks in all members and guests children to ensure they are accounted for and in your care
• Checks out all members and guest children to ensure all kids are now in the appropriate parents care
• Interacts with the children to maximize their experience
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct him or herself at all times in accordance with the corporate standards of business conduct found in the Employee Manual
• Provides a safe and clean environment in the areas at all times
• Fields all member complaints and concerns
• Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned those shifts
• Cleans and polices the club at all times and performs cleaning check list as assigned by Manager
• Attends monthly departmental meetings
• Creates the "First Impression" of excellence and service magic
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Skills: Communication, Friendly, Organization, Professionalism, Stress management

Experience: Working with children, babysitting
