As a full-service commercial landscape contractor, we offer our customers comprehensive design, landscape and irrigation installation, hardscape construction, and sustainable landscape maintenance and water management services.
We are looking to add Landscape Install Foreman/ Crew Leader to manage other members of our commercial or residential landscape crews in a professional environment to Charlotte, NC team!
Job Requirements:
● 2 - 3 years of Landscape Install experience.
● Valid NCDL with a good driving record
● Lead team in daily work schedule for landscape installation.
● Communicate with managers and customers daily
● Installation of landscape plants, trees, mulch, pine needles, sod and grading
● Drive crews to and from job sites. Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
(No CDL required).
● Ensure quality control on every job site.
● Ability to read landscape plans and identify tree and plant species.
● Ability to lay our plant packages on the job site, per design.
● Responsible for crew member training and understanding and enforcement of company policies.
● Machine grading experience is desired but not required.
● Fill out the daily paperwork required for each job.
● Willing to work overtime when needed to fulfill customer obligations
● Verbal and written skills are a plus
● Daily work schedule 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
● Must be able to use commercial equipment safely and efficiently
● Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily
● Ability to lift 80 lbs
● Able to use a shovel and rake daily in an 8 - 10 hour day
