Monitors and reviews clinical documentation to assure standards for medical records are met..KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs quality review of documents in electronic medical record to ensure compliance with regulations. • Serves as liaison between department, providers and vendors to anticipate and solve problems. • Monitors quality assurance process for work performance. • Provides training and support to staff and providers. • Makes corrections to medical documentation as needed. • The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
