Job DescriptionJob Description:We are seeking a Lead SDET/QA Engineer with strong leadership and testing expertise in Salesforce to lead a team of QA and SDET professionals. This role involves defining and ensuring the execution of comprehensive testing practices across domain, integration, and end-to-end/system levels. The ideal candidate will take ownership of testing strategy and documentation, ensuring traceability and coverage within qTest and related platforms.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of QA/SDET engineers in delivering high-quality software across Salesforce platforms.Define and drive the creation of Test Strategy, Test Plans, and execution processes aligned with business goals.Ensure all internal testing-domain-level, integration, and full E2E/system testing-is well-documented, executed, and signed off.Maintain and track test artifacts and results within qTest.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps to ensure alignment and readiness of test activities.Guide the team in developing and maintaining automated test suites, while also overseeing manual testing efforts where necessary.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of QA/SDET experience with strong hands-on testing expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing cloud).Proven leadership experience managing QA and/or SDET teams.Experience in both manual and automation testing across UI, API, and system layers.Strong understanding of test lifecycle management tools like qTest.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD practicesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and test automation around integrations.Strong communication and documentation skills.
