We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Specialist to join our team in Camp Hill. This position will serve as the customer service and leasing specialist for multiple conventional communities in the area. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel may be required.
