You will participate in our best-in-class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) is a paid, interactive program. During NCT you will receive support from your colleagues, a Training Manager, and daily connection in a virtual classroom. NCT combines group instruction with autonomous learning. After graduation, you can work from home or in a hybrid model with ongoing support from your Manager and team.

What youll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on both the candidate and the client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive. The Executive Recruiter executes the full lifecycle of direct-hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional roles for a variety of clients. This role requires a sense of urgency, focusing on existing clients while identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with suitable organizations and careers. About you

• Bachelors degree preferred, or five years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree
• High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
