Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - In-Person/Office

The Duncan Duo Team has an opening for a full-time Transaction Coordinator (40hr/week M - F, occasional OT) to join our fast-paced real estate team, ranked #1 in real estate sales in the Tampa Bay area for a decade.

Become part of our real-estate Family! During the buying/selling process, you will be the face of The Duncan Dou Team and create a smooth, rewarding experience for the best clients in the world, by guiding them through the buying/selling process from contract to close, alongside our great agents.

Total compensation for the first year will include bonuses and salary as well as 401k, medical, and dental insurance. One guaranteed work-from-home day per week and occasionally two days once fully trained on our process and systems. Fourteen paid holidays and vacation days are accrued each pay period.

$17+ hourly + bonus structure

• Maintain smooth communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders in the transaction process
• Handle the entire real estate purchasing or selling process from start to finish
• Organize repair services for buyers or sellers as needed
• Prepare and review contracts and disclosures in a timely manner
• Meet all contractual deadlines
• Resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process
• Effectively communicate with all parties involved in the sale
• Collaborate with contractors, insurance providers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies
• Represent The Duncan Duo Team’s Brand to the highest professional standards

• Detail-oriented and can execute tasks efficiently and quickly
• Have a strong organizational mindset and love following a process
• Self-managed and Self-disciplined
• Career-focused who will continually go above and beyond to help our clients, staff, and agents look outstanding
• Someone who has fun while working
• A person who loves to help others
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
