ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team and sell life insurance products to our existing book of Property & Casualty clients. This is a great opportunity to join an already successful team and help us help our customers in more ways.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with existing Property & Casualty clients to identify life insurance sales opportunities.


• Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable life insurance products.


• Collaborate with the Property & Casualty team for cross-selling.


• Work with a dedicated appointment setter to maximize lead generation.


• Meet or exceed sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience as a Life Insurance Agent.


• Active life insurance license (any state). Can not have Series 6/7.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.


• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products.


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.


• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) for lead management.

BENEFITS:

• Base salary $50,000 - $70,000 + uncapped commission structure with OTE over $150,000
