Pay rate: $70 per hour on a w2
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm - 5 days/week - (30/min unpaid break) - 38 guaranteed hours/week.
Onsite Worksite Address: Midtown Manhattan, NYC

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an adult primary care setting. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive exams, manage chronic illnesses, and contribute to integrated, whole-person care models in collaboration with mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and perform detailed history and physicals (H&Ps)
• Manage chronic and acute conditions through evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with mental health teams and interdisciplinary staff
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• New York State Physician Assistant License (active)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care model

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or familiarity with:

○ ADHD management
○ Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment
