A manufacturing company is seeking a Material Handler for a first shift position working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Read measuring tape, cut fabric following safe cutting standards, lift up to 70 pounds to load cut machine, run material to appropriate length, and label and package to stage for final packaging
• Maneuver to pick locations using available equipment, pull correct quantity and item roll, and stage roll at appropriate station
• Pack rolls or hardware, stage packages for carriers, bank or wrap pallets, load and unload carriers, and follow all dock safety procedures
• Receive, count, and verify good arrived and stock into inventory
• Create and perform cycle count tasks
• Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse, sweep, stack, and organize as needed
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year in a warehouse material handling experience
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Forklift Certification is a plus but not required
• Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Must have the ability to perform warehouse maintenance, housekeeping, and organized
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
