Qualifications

• Current Nursing license in Massachusetts: RN
• Previous experience with geriatric patients is essential
• Must have a thorough knowledge of RAI process as it pertains to OBRA and Medicare regulations
• Strong organizational ability
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN) preferable
• Prior MDS Coordinator experience with PDPM
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing
• Primary series of the COVID vaccination is required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical exemption)
