Work Hours/Shift Details: 8m-5pm with 1 hour lunch; some flexibility around these times

Must-Have Skills:

- BSME or MSME

- 10 years experience in electromechanical, capital equipment designs.

- Ability to lead a small team

- Medical device or regulated industry background.

• The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment.
• They can technically lead a small team. They demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems.
• They demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs.
• They work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices.
• They independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems.
• They apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments, have in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family.
• They apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
• They usually determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
