Role/Responsibilities
The Mechanical Engineer will ensure business continuity in product development, validation, and support for the Infusion Pump platform. The role requires expertise in part & product design, V&V activities, and manufacturing transfer.
Execute mechanical changes including part and product designs, BOM updates.
Support Sustenance Engineering and component obsolescence.
Lead V&V efforts including test protocol creation and test method validations.
Provide risk file updates for system and subsystem levels.
Support design transfer and manufacturing activities.
Coordinate with external vendors.
Mentor and support onboarding of new team members.
Participate in cross-functional discussions (TRB/CCB/CIT).
Conduct and support design reviews (Technical & Final).
Perform risk reviews (PRR, EBRR).

Pay Range Minimum: $38.46 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $47.46 per hour

Compensation and Benefits
A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
