For additional information, visit us at Job Description MuleSoft and Salesforce Administrator Key Responsibilities & Skills Planning, designing, installing, and maintaining MuleSoft software. Performing system restarts, patching, and hotfixes. Monitoring performance, logs, server health, and API assets. Managing infrastructure and platform stability. Creating and maintaining system documentation. User support and troubleshooting. Administer and configure Salesforce instances. Create reports and dashboards for SalesOps and business teams. Manage data integrity and perform quality checks. Respond to user support requests and test new features. Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft and other platforms. User support and troubleshooting. Combined Role – Integration & Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Managing API gateways and ensuring secure, scalable integrations. Supporting cloud migration and cost optimization initiatives. Skills Required: DevOps Tools: Rally, JIRA, Jenkins, GITHub, XL Deploy, JFrog Repo Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Elastic APM, HPPM, AE Log viewer, AES, Splunk, Grafana, ECG Web Servers: Tomcat, JBoss OpenShift Platforms: Origin, Container Platforms, Azure, Kubernetes Databases: Microsoft SQL, Oracle 10g, MYSQL Hardware / Platforms: Windows 2000/2007, 2010 UNIX IDE/Tools: Anypoint-studio, Anypoint platform Security Requirements As part of the responsibilities, the MuleSoft and Salesforce Administrator will also be required to handle security requirements, including:

• Vulnerability patching
• Upgrading systems to address security vulnerabilities

Mandatory Skills: MuleSoft Development.Experience: 5-8 Years.Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 .
