The role of National Sales Trainer works out in our facilities in Irving, TX, in the Diagnostics Division. The National Sales Trainer will assist in the execution of training plans for our sales professionals. The candidate will develop and deliver the education and preparation of our sales teams, including but not limited to Account Executives, Ambassadors, District Managers, Enterprise Account Managers, and product-specific specialists. Work in coordination with the Training Manager to effectively coordinate and deliver content in training sessions. Responsibilities include implementing training programs, certifications, and initiatives; identifying and prioritizing training needs through collaboration with leadership; administering and measuring key indicators and assessment tools to ensure understanding of sales process, product information, and internal processes including Salesforce, Power BI, and Definitive Healthcare; assisting Product Managers in training programs to support acquisition and value expansion goals; providing expert-level product demonstrations; maintaining communication channels with sales District Managers and Training colleagues; developing and maintaining competency measures repository; managing content in the learning management system; staying current on market trends and designing training curriculum accordingly. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of overall business experience with 3+ years in medical devices or diagnostics industry. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years related experience in diagnostic, medical devices, or capital equipment sales, service, or sales support roles with 2+ years in sales training, excellent leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, delivering effective virtual and in-person training, understanding of adult learning theory, proven presentation and consultative skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite especially PowerPoint, experience with learning management systems, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and ability to work in a matrix environment.
