ServiceNow Developer
This is request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow applications and specifically the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, and reporting
- Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- 5+ years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- 3+ years experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Ability to estimate software development efforts.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
