Responsibilities:

Manage system enhancements including add-on modules (Bank reconciliations, FAM, EBP, etc)
Develop custom and creative solutions within NetSuite and OpenAirManage integrations between several platforms and NetSuite (OpenAir, Workato, ADP)
Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and work cross functionally to create long term solutions
Help with gap analysis and data migration efforts
Create UAT documents and process flows
Ability to adapt and change directions as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrator in NetSuite
Deep understanding of NetSuite's Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report process
Solid understanding of the following NetSuite features: Roles, Items, Custom Records and Fields, Entity Records, Saved Searches and Reporting, Workflows, Dashboards, and Projects
Experience with Multi-Currency and FX setup
Change Management experience
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Project lifecycle management

Desired Skills:

NetSuite certification (ERP, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation)
Agency or Professional Services experience
Working knowledge of SuiteScript
Professional service automation application experience (SuiteProjects Pro (formerly OpenAir) or similar application)
