Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Network/Cybersecurity Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and reliability of their network infrastructure and information systems. As a key member of their IT team, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of their cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the company's data and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company assets and data integrity.
• Monitor network performance and security measures to detect and respond to cyber threats and breaches.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve defenses.
• Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with external cybersecurity experts as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and other cybersecurity technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CCNA are highly desirable.
