The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary
The Department of Systems Biology is recruiting a Non-Student Short Term Casual to work with the Honig software for the analysis of protein structure and function. The Non-Student Short Term Casual will be supervised by Dr. Honig and postdocs in the lab.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Non-Student Short Term Casual will work with Honig software for the analysis of protein structure and function.
The Non-Student Short Term Casual will use AlphaFold software to produce protein structures.
The Non-Student Short Term Casual will evaluate models of protein-protein complexes using different computational approaches.
