Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full Time at Mercy Health | GoHealth Urgent Care summary:

This role is for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide high-quality urgent care services in state-of-the-art Mercy-GoHealth centers in the Oklahoma City and Edmond areas. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine, be comfortable performing minor procedures and preliminary diagnostic reads, and hold the required certifications. Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the OKC and Edmond area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers.

Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus:

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
