Your Role:

The Operational QA Technician conducts routine checks on operational processes, investigates complaints, documents findings, and collaborates with QA and production teams to address quality issues. This role ensures adherence to quality standards and promotes cross-functional teamwork within Autonomous Teams.

  • Safety and Quality Excellence: Ensuring the adherence to safety and quality regulations, specifications, and policies to enable strong delivery to the customer. Enabling team members to pre-empt injuries and quality non[1]conformances by using data-driven insights, formal risk assessments, and proactive safety and quality observations.

  • Customer-Centric Delivery: Align quality capabilities with customer expectations, ensuring products meet not only compliance requirements but also specific customer demands for quality, customization and crucially the overall customer experience.

  • Integrated Quality: Foster a collaborative approach between production, engineering and quality to drive shared ownership of quality outcomes and upskill production operators and process engineers in quality requirements and processes to facilitate in-process testing , process optimization and autonomous decision making.

  • Keep accurate records of QA inspections and findings.

  • Work closely with production to integrate quality management.
  • \n
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance QA processes and capabilities.

  • Effectively use quality inspection tools and techniques.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school graduate required, 1-2 years of college in the Life or Physical Sciences preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 0-1 year quality experience preferred Physical Requirements - Optional field None.
