Essential Functions:

As an Optician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual health of our patients. Your expertise will guide individuals in selecting the perfect eyewear solutions tailored to their unique needs. You will also help patients understand their insurance benefits! You will collaborate with a dynamic team, ensuring that every patient receives top-notch service while navigating the exciting world of optical products. Your contributions will not only improve vision but also elevate the overall patient experience!

Knowledge & Skill Requirements :

• Know, understand, and demonstrate Axis Vision Care’s vision, mission, and values Team oriented
• Communication – ability to communicate with patients and co-workers
• Computer skills – ability to work on Microsoft office and our software system
• Service orientation – ability and desire to want to help others
• Problem Solving – Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Critical thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Interpersonal – ability to interact and work with others appropriately

Required Experience/Training & Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Commitment to employee and patient satisfaction
