Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Optician located in Paoli, PA. The optician will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, educating patients on lens options, ensuring proper fit and adjustment of eyeglasses, assist with answering emails/phone calls and working closely with eye care professionals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, facilitating communication between patients and the optometry team, and supporting general front-desk operations when needed.
