In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that will drive performance and productivity within the organization. You will also be working closely with different departments to ensure that the training programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, specifically in Corrugate Packaging, and a passion for developing people and organizations.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization and align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with departmental heads to understand their training needs and develop customized programs that enhance performance and productivity. Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on training outcomes and effectiveness. Ensure that all training materials and courses comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategies for organizational development, including change management, leadership development, and team effectiveness. Conduct regular training needs assessments and use the data to design training programs. Facilitate training sessions and workshops on a variety of topics. Manage the CPDT and SHRM certification process for applicable employees. Regularly evaluate the success of training programs and make adjustments as necessary. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, specifically in Corrugate Packaging. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful training programs. Proficient in using LMS to design, deliver, and track training programs. Certification in CPDT and SHRM is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments within the organization. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to think strategically and analytically. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, its operations, and its unique training needs.Interested in hearing more?
