Outbound Sales / Telemarketing Specialist needed for a company in Yorba Linda CA that sells communication products to businesses. The Outbound Sales / Telemarketing Specialist is responsible for contacting, qualifying, and canvassing prospective customers by telephone. Temporary to Hire position, with Full-Time hours; 8 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri. This is an ONSITE position that pays $20-25/hr depending on experience. Once hired on, the company offers benefits and a commission program in addition to the hourly pay. Responsibilities : The ideal candidate is experienced generating target lists to work from and making a high volume of daily cold calls by phone to net new client prospects; discuss the company's products and ultimately set appointment meetings for the sales people. Notating all call activity in the system. Some follow up to be done by email. Other duties may be assigned related to pre-sales, sales, or marketing, as needed, including campaigns. Manage to preset KPI's with regard to telephone cold call volume, set meetings volume, and other criteria, as set forth by the company. Requirements: Min 2 years Current or Prior Telemarketing experience in a call center is a MUST Professional, Articulate and Enjoys Telemarketing Basic Computer Skills with Accurate Typing Min 30 wpm Good verbal and written communication skills and comfortable with consistent phone communication Ability to follow verbal or written directions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr PrideStaff
