Are you ready to bea part of a fast-growing indoor farm revolution? We're hiring motivated individuals to help harvest and package fresh, locally grown vegetables and lettuces!

🚜 What You'll Do:
• Harvest produce using proper techniques and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Package fresh veggies with precision - correct weight, clean labels, and top-notch quality
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Meet daily production goals with pride
• Pitch in with transplanting, system cleaning, and equipment maintenance
• Take on other farm-related tasks as needed
🎯 What We're Looking For:
• Previous farm or packaging experience is a plus - but not required!
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
💪 What It Takes:
• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working with cleaning supplies
