Job Title: Payroll Manager Location: United States Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Manager to join our team at Teachersucenter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to our employees. You will work closely with the HR and finance teams to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our payroll processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records and reports. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries regarding payroll. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and benefits deductions. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures. Qualifications 0-5 years of experience in payroll management or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
