Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS)

Compensation Package: $300,000 with no deliveries
Free Housing for a year
Student Loan Forgiveness: $50,000 a year from the Louisiana State Funded Program
Schedule: Work Monday - Friday with a half day included during the weekday
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000; Relocation Reimbursement is covered
Earn $1,000 a day for ER on-call coverage (average 10 days a year)
Earn an extra $25,000 for hospital admissions in a year
PTO: 3 weeks + 7 National Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatrics (PEDS)

Physician must be comfortable with newborns
Direct Access to Leadership (open door policy); CEO is also the owner of the hospital
Hospital-Employed Position
Strong and supportive Mid-Level Support

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrics (PEDS)

Open to J1 and H1B Visa Candidates
Will consider late career physician
Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
Looking for a compassionate physician with a friendly bedside manner and good-hearted people skills
