Job Description
About the Role
Equine Network is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You will drive measurable results for Equine Network's marketing agency clients by managing the full performance marketing mix-across paid media, email, and CRM channels . This role bridges creative, data, and client strategy to deliver campaigns that convert audiences into engaged customers.
You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic) while owning the CRM and email journey for brand clients. Your goal: connect media performance with customer acquisition and retention-building unified, revenue-driving marketing systems for equine lifestyle brands.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and CRM.
Manage full-funnel media-audience targeting, creative briefings, A/B tests, budget pacing, and conversion tracking.
Build automated workflows, lifecycle programs, and email sends that complement paid efforts.
Analyze performance and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
Collaborate with creative, content, and video teams to ensure campaigns look and feel aligned.
Deliver data-backed insights through regular client reporting, turning analytics into action.
Manage tracking, segmentation, and audience strategies using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Braze.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media (agency experience preferred).
Proven success managing paid media and email/CRM programs.
Strong analytical chops-comfortable with interpreting data and translating insights into results.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Bonus points if you have experience in equine, outdoor, or lifestyle industries (horse lovers welcome!).
Why You'll Love It Here
Equine Network connects the equestrian world through media, events, and marketing-and you'll play a key role in making that connection even stronger. You'll get to work with iconic brands that reach riders, fans, and consumers across digital and social channels-while having some fun along the way.
If you're ready to harness data, creativity, and strategy to deliver real results, we'd love to meet you.
Apply today and help us drive the next big win for equine lifestyle brands!
