Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Short-Term Project)

Remote with occasional days in Flossmoor

We are supporting an executive with one of our clients with preparation of a home sale. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable personal assistant to help manage daily tasks and support logistical efforts related to this transition.

Responsibilities include:

• Categorizing and organizing household items for sale or relocation
• Collaborating with the executive to manage and execute daily to-do lists
• Assisting with packing and boxing items as needed
• Being available on select dates to be on-site for hands-on support

Details:

• Remote work: Approx. 2 hours/day
• Duration: Through the second week of June
• Flexibility for occasional in-person assistance required

Ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting in both virtual and physical capacities.
