We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Medical Director to lead a team of clinical professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a physician passionate about direct patient care, leadership, and driving continuous improvement within a clinical setting. What You’ll Do: Provide direct patient care and set the standard for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Lead the onboarding and professional development of clinicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Collaborate with leadership to optimize clinical workflows, improve quality and safety metrics, and enhance center performance. Support clinical and financial strategies to achieve business and strategic goals. Maintain relationships with employers, payers, and community partners to drive growth and engagement. Ensure staffing needs are met, addressing coverage adjustments as necessary. Uphold and promote a culture of professionalism, safety, continuous improvement, and recognition. Requirements Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialties. Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA license. DOT FMCSA certification Experience: At least two years of clinical and supervisory experience preferred.
