What does a Porter do at Premium Parking?
Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
What a Porter Needs
Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
Proven compliance with policies and procedures
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
