We are currently seeking a skilled, professional, and personable Power Washing Technician to join our team! The Power Washing Technician schedule is Monday-Friday! This is a full-time position that pays $17-$18/hour, including the benefits listed below, AND plenty of room for growth within the company!

Power Washing Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Driving company vehicle to multiple sites daily
• Managing work orders and noting completion or escalated issues via iPhone app
• Execute regular cleaning and power-washing of amenity spaces, walkways, garages, and common areas across multiple properties
• Complete daily service requests swiftly and cost-efficiently, ensuring each propertys needs are met with top-quality results
• Work with property management, maintenance, operations, and other teams to continually elevate our property standards
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting
• Provide superb customer service to residents, vendors, teammates, etc. 

Power Washing Technician Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in: power washing and/or maintenance projects
• Comfortable with hand tools
• Personable team-player
• Self-starter with critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements:
  • The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday.
