Aegis Worldwide is assisting a client in the Chicagoland area (Northwest suburbs) in finding their next President & CEO of their organization. The ideal candidate has the following experience: 10-20+ years of experience in machine building or OEM manufacturing. 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership position, such as CEO or President. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field. Experience in machine building and OEM companies. Strong ability to develop and implement big-picture strategies. Leadership experience managing long-tenure employees and acting as a change agent in organizational culture. Experience overseeing all aspects of operations, including manufacturing, packaging, financial performance, business development, and organizational growth. Experience with small-sized businesses, ideally with revenues of $10-100 million and around 45 employees, including P&L management for a business unit of similar size. Candidates outside this range may be considered for the right fit. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with private equity groups or during investment transitions. Experience with international expansion initiatives. Experience relocating warehouses or managing logistics transitions. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.
