Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Manager to lead our fellows, affiliates, and faculty associates programs. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering connections and building a vibrant community.

Your responsibilities will include:

Program Leadership: Serve as the program lead for fellows, affiliates, and faculty associates, ensuring a supportive and engaging experience.

Event Development: Create and develop programming, including events and communications, to support our on-site and remote network.

Weekly Engagement: Lead weekly programming and events, such as Fellows Hour and Community Hours, to encourage participation and collaboration.

Community Building: Facilitate connections and engagement among network members to nurture relationships and support project work.

Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and share documentation related to these programs, collaborating with other teams as necessary.

Tool Management: Oversee tools and resources, including relevant pages on the website and internal platforms, ensuring accessibility and usability.

Communication Partnership: Work closely with the Communications team to highlight the community's initiatives and accomplishments.

Budget Tracking: Collaborate with the Finance team to track and manage the community program budget effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience in program management or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to foster relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with budget management and reporting.
