Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager
Clearance Requirement: Public Trust
Position Location: On-site, Washington, DC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute projects supporting the Security Services Branch (SSB), including physical access control systems (PACS), video surveillance (CCTV), identity management, and enterprise security services.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and resource allocation plans.
· Track project progress and provide status reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
· Coordinate across technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
· Support the development of standards, SOPs, and security documentation as part of project deliverables.
· Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to leadership when necessary.
· Ensure project compliance with federal guidelines, NIST standards, and USCP security policies.
· Serve as a liaison between technical staff, security engineers, and leadership to translate requirements into actionable plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum seven (7) years of experience
· Project Management Certification is strongly preferred. (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
· Experience managing Mid-Large Enterprise Projects
· Experience with managing the full IT project lifecycle to include requirements, development, implementation, and maintenance
· Knowledge of installing and maintaining Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) is a plus
· Experience with developing and presenting executive briefs
· Experience with managing cross-organizational relationships and third-party vendors
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project is a plus
· Experience supporting a PMO is a plus; supporting an IT PMO is highly desired
· Previous experience with a Government Agency is highly desired
