Project Manager


Project Manager needed for rapidly growing commercial specialty contractor based in Malvern, PA. This position offers a very competitive base salary, vehicle allowance and excellent benefits. We are looking for candidates that have commercial construction experience with a GC or another commercial specialty contractor as a Project Manager or Estimator.


Job Duties

• ttend 'Weekly Resource Meeting' - Run down of all jobs current, upcoming. We cover equipment and Client needs as well as materials.
• Project Cost control
• Track invoices
• Check pricing
• pprove costs
• Play critical role in Project Startup:
• Coordinate with estimating department for project hand off
• ssist with product Submittal & samples.
• Create necessary safety package
• Source & Order materials Get preferred pricing and set up Purchase Orders
• Create Project Info Sheets for Foreman/Super
• Print Drawings & Disseminate Pertinent Job Information
• Develop Work Plans
• Review 'Work Up' (Estimate) to confirm material needs
• Enter VA One Calls / Miss Utility
• Coordinate and schedule Deliveries.
• Keep running inventory of backstock material at shop order as necessary:
• Daily scheduling as communicated with General Superintendent, materials allocation, working with the General Superintendents to make sure the projects have the needed materials/ equip.
• Equipment Move Sheet/Scheduling To Be Sent Out to Operations weekly.
• Update 'Equipment Locator' report weekly.
• Update/maintain project Smartsheet
• Site visits Being visible to Foreman, confirming they are ahead of the curve on material and equipment needs.
• Stay in constant communication with Operations Team
