Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: New Albany, OH(Onsite)

Job Type: Contract, 6+ months

Experience: 10 Years

Strong Program Management expertise
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to initiate and lead cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet

🛠 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead NPIs for process, facility, equipment, materials, and training modifications
Develop and manage project execution plans and end-to-end schedules
Coordinate across Process Development, Capital Projects, and Supply Chain teams
Drive Change Control generation, implementation, and closeout
Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting
Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of project challenges
Provide onsite leadership and support during occasional extended hours in peak phases

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Management (Masters preferred)
7+ years of relevant experience (15+ years strongly preferred)
Background in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Proven success managing NPIs and facility expansion projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Risk mitigation and problem-solving expertise
