The Opportunity:

Real Estate & Estimating Analyst will support the estimation of all capital projects as well as all sales and cannibalization analysis for strategy and planning purposes. As a Real Estate & Estimating Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the data of all real state and strategy data and perform all analysis related to the brick and mortar fleet. Reporting to the Capital and Portfolio Director, you will maintain data accuracy and develop templates for internal reporting and portfolio analysis. In addition, you will:

 

  • Perform detailed analysis on sales performance and cannibalization impacts for New Store growth evaluations/real estate forecasting purposes
  • Review capital estimates from external pricing team and make necessary revisions for submission to Global, based on current design, company strategy and real estate committee meetings; prepare any overflow estimates
  • Manage historical capex database to help drive future store estimates & perform routine hindsighting to inform leaders of cost trends; serve as main point of contact with cross functional business partners to aggregate current pricing for all capital projects
  • Build out integration capabilities between multiple data platforms/sources to allow for streamlined reporting and self-service access
  • Maintain key database information related to brick and mortar fleet, dotcom and competitors for department utilization
  • Support strategy team by tending to various data requests (market share, competitor, fleet, etc.) for leadership decks/presentations
  • Create streamlined presentation decks for leadership review and various other dashboard templates for executive reference
  • Support other departments within Store Development (Real Estate, Lease Accounting, etc.) by assisting with key data report production from central system
  • Coordinate with workflow team, manage new estimate intake process and liaise with EPMs on delivery dates for all new store pipeline deals

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

 

  • 3-5 years of Retail experience, ideally with a focus on large data sets/analysis and construction/estimating
  • Extremely high attention to detail with strong analytical mindset
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge preferred (Excel, Powerpoint, and Access)
    • Strong technical Power Query, Power BI, SQL/tableau skills nice to have
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Proactive, innovative, self-starter, and result oriented
  • Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure cooperative and productive work relationships
  • Strong prioritization and problem resolution skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
