Job Description

The Real Estate Assistant is responsible for providing agent support and onboarding related to the company’s CRM systems. This role ensures that the Agent team can utilize the CRM efficiently and effectively to manage leads and client relationships. The CRM Specialist ensures data accuracy so that each agent’s database is optimized for communication and conversion. Responsibilities: • Agent Onboarding & Training: Train new agents on company systems, develop training materials, and conduct onboarding sessions. • Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for CRM-related inquiries, provide troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues when necessary. • CRM System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor system performance, perform routine updates, manage access permissions, and ensure integrations function smoothly. • Data Management & Accuracy: Conduct audits, maintain database integrity, assist in data entry, and implement strategies for improving accuracy. • System Customization & Configuration: Assist in workflow automation, dashboard creation, and implementation of CRM updates and new features. • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports, track key performance metrics, and support agents in leveraging CRM data for business growth. Qualifications: • 2+ years in a customer service role. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to train and support users with varying tech proficiency. • Familiarity with Google Suite. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. • Real Estate Industry experience (preferred).
