Job Description

This is a part-time position. We are hiring for an administrative assistant who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multitask and solve problems. The right candidate will jump at the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Deep commitment to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must.   • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
  • Coordinate the process for recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires
  • Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts
  • Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition
  • Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • This position requires some evening and weekend work
  • Excellent customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications
  • Real estate industry is preferred
  • Possess or currently working toward a real estate license
