In this role, you will have responsibility for providing oversight in a large territory - California and Hawaii and be a people manager for a team of account development and business development executives, as well as their territory managers. In addition to ensuring that the sales performance of the region meets and exceeds Western Union's (WU)'s targets, you will play a key role in managing relationships, both with your team, and also the tens of thousands of customers that we have in the region. This role will proactively search for new business opportunities while helping to increase customer retention. This individual needs to operate on both a strategic and the execution level to be successful. Salary
The on-target earnings range is $330,000 - 396,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary, plus a variable compensation plan, and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
