We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism.

Bring support, stability, and joy to families of children with autism.
Provide home-based ABA therapy directly to children and families in their natural environment (most often in the home).
Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play-based activities.
Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high-quality ABA services.
Part-time schedule: 9–15 hours per week , typically afternoons (3–7pm preferred).
Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred).
Genuine passion for working with children.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families.
