Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based
Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, School Hours
Pay Rate: $22-$27 per hour (with active RBT certification)

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based team in Torrance. This is a great opportunity for passionate professionals who want to support students in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Support students in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collect and record data on student progress.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency.
Requirements:
Active RBT Certification (required) - Certification can be expired if candidate has 2+ years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
