Overview
St. Luke’s is looking for a part time Registered Nurse to join us in our strategy to be the community’s trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient- centered care. The Nampa team needs someone to work in Endocare Pre-Op/Post-op. Pre-Op has 18 beds for pre-operative care and phase 2 recovery. Pre-op is a medical/surgical unit specialized in preparing surgical patients for surgery. It is a fast-paced environment requiring the art of customer service, efficiency, and team work to safely prepare patients of all ages for surgery.
** $10k Sign On Bonus Offered for position ** (for new hires)
Schedule: 1.0 FTE FullTime (80 hours per pay period). Schedule: Monday - Friday 0700 to 1730. The position requires taking call for both Nampa and Meridian campuses. Call response time is 30 minutes.
What to expect:
The Nampa Endoscopy Dept. has 2 Endo Suites. The endoscopy team cares for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The Endoscopy RN is responsible for providing conscious sedation for endoscopy procedures or assisting provider with procedure. The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs
