Position Summary

Join our Outpatient Surgery Center team in a Per Diem Position . In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive care in Pre-Op, PACU, Post-Op, and procedural settings.
• Administer medications, collect specimens, and deliver clinical treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Evaluate and address the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
• National First Assist Certification preferred.
• BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of perioperative experience preferred.
