Customer Support Representative, Operations (Remote)

Full time, United States, Canada

In this role, you will be responsible for handling escalated service issues, monitoring customer service levels, tracking and determining the source of issues and trends, and developing an improvement plan. You will ensure timely turnaround of all customer service correspondence. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service with good written communication skills.

As a Customer Support Representative, Operations, you will

  • Use BCD systems to process requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide first-level online navigational support and escalate technical issues.
  • Advise on travel options and resolve issues professionally.
  • Stay current on travel industry trends and supplier rules.
  • Monitor client business needs and policy changes.
  • Follow up on refunds, vouchers, and debit memos.
  • Complete administrative tasks and meet performance goals.

About you

  • Previous experience in a corporate travel office 
  • Proficiency in airline reservations systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of ARC rules and regulations

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Service Representative II is between $50,000 and $56,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
