Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. This role includes creating construction repair scopes, coordinating site visits, engaging with clients, managing documentation across multiple jobs, and supporting permits and vendor bids as needed. Youll collaborate closely with project managers to ensure takeoffs and estimates are executed accurately.

Familiarity with Xactimate, Claims Connect, and experience working with TPAs is a plus. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and communicates clearly and consistently. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to speak up, offer solutions, and suggest new ways to improve daily workflows. Job Tasks
Sales & Business Development Proactively markets and secures new business.
Estimating Accuracy Writes precise, detailed, and comprehensive estimates.
Leadership & Team Building Effectively manages project managers and subcontractors, including hiring and training.
Subcontractor Management Effectively recruits, onboards, and oversees subcontractor performance and compliance.
Customer Focus Ensures high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service from initial customer visit to final invoicing of supplement.
Integrity & Accountability Maintains ethical standards and transparency in operations.
Technical Proficiency Utilizes project management software, CRM tools, and industry estimating software (Xactimate).

Qualifications
Proven construction/restoration project management experience.
Strong knowledge of IICRC standards, Xactimate, and insurance program compliance.
Proficiency in Xactimate, Claims Connect, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once while meeting deadlines with close attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with all involved stakeholders.
Can work autonomously to make decisions and troubleshoot problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
