Salary: To be determined, depending on experience and certification levels

Responsibilities Include:

• Removing wet or damaged building materials.
• Maintaining equipment or working in the warehouse.
• Participating in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours, with paid bonuses for responding.
• Cleaning of Biohazard materials and surfaces

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong time-management and people skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Must pass a background and criminal check
• Must possess a drivers license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather condition
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
• Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) settings, including residential and commercial properties
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to remove debris, mold, and other contaminant
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete restoration tasks
• Conduct mold remediation, carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, asbestos abatement, and fire restoration as needed
• Restore and rebuild structures to their pre-damage condition
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in restoration or a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and procedures is a plus
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
